Version 3.0   When you click the read mail icon and your e-mail program is open, click on the menu task bar that is labeled "mail", then scroll down to "options". Now you should see an open dialogue box that has several folder tabs at the top. Click on "servers" and you will see most all of your e-mail settings, except one very important one. Click on "Advanced Options" and you have found your return e-mail address setting. If you are having trouble, you will probably see nothing on the reply to box. It needs to be set to username@whatever.com or net, depending on who you get service from. (e.g.) bryans@eastland.net. If you still cant handle it, call your Tech Support person and let them walk you through it.

Version 4.0 and Up

When you click the read mail icon and your e-mail program is open, click on the menu task bar that is labeled "tools", then scroll down to "accounts". Now you should see an open dialogue box that has several folder tabs at the top. Click on "mail" and you will see your e-mail account. At this point, simply highlight and click properties on your mail account. This will pull up another dialogue box and the reply to address setting is located at the bottom of the open, active, dialogue box. If you are having trouble, you will probably see nothing on the reply to box. It needs to be set to username@whatever.com or net, depending on who you get service from. (e.g.) bryans@eastland.net. If you still can’t handle it, call your Tech Support person and let them walk you through it.
